In one sentence: Buy once · use Vortex in unlimited projects (personal, client, commercial, SaaS, internal tools) · the only restriction is that you cannot share, lend or redistribute the template source files.

Vortex License · single tier

$29indicative

Indicative · final pricing set per marketplace at launch · same license model: unlimited projects, no source-file sharing

  • Unlimited projects · no per-project license needed
  • ✓ Personal · client · commercial · SaaS · internal tools · all included
  • ✓ Free or paid end products · ship them however you want
  • ✓ Modify the HTML · CSS · JavaScript freely
  • ✓ Adapt the markup to any framework (React, Vue, Angular, Laravel, etc.)
  • ✓ Lifetime updates of all future Vortex versions
  • ✓ 6 months of email support included

The only restriction · do not share source files

Vortex is yours once you buy it. The single rule we enforce: the template source files cannot be shared, lent, gifted or redistributed to anyone who hasn't purchased their own license.

  • Don't lend your copy to colleagues, freelancers or agencies
  • Don't resell the template (modified or otherwise)
  • Don't upload the source files to public repositories or template galleries
  • Don't gift the source files to clients (deploy the built site for them instead · they can buy their own license if they want to edit)

Enforcement · zero tolerance

If we detect that a license has been shared, lent or transferred to anyone who hasn't purchased their own copy, the consequences are immediate and permanent:

  • Support access for the buyer is permanently cancelled
  • All future template updates are blocked · no v1.x or v2.x releases delivered to that license
  • The case is reported to the marketplace where the purchase was made

No refunds · no warnings · no exceptions. Each developer needs their own copy.

Working in a team?

Each developer who needs to edit the source files must purchase their own license. The same buyer can deploy the resulting site for any number of clients · no extra licenses needed for end users or visitors of the deployed site.

Refunds

Each marketplace handles refunds with their own policy. Refer to the refund policy of the marketplace where you bought your license. Most premium template marketplaces offer a refund window for non-functional items · the exact terms vary by platform.

Support scope

Support covers: install issues, configuration questions, bug reports, customization guidance, framework adaptation. Not covered: custom feature development, third-party integrations, server/hosting setup.
